As you can see I am a keen horse rider. This is one of my ex-racehorses, Peter - aka Tikketoride.

In my life I've have had several careers.

I grew up in the theatre family and spent a chunk of my younger years on the London West End stage as child singer in Evita. I then followed in the family footsteps going to drama school (LAMDA) and becoming a professional actress, with a career spanning 25 years in London and travelling all over the world.

When moving to Evesham (not far from Stratford-upon-Avon) I started to acquire cats, dogs and horses, which made going away on tour acting less desirable. To earn a living I exercised racehorses and then retrained as a sports remedial massage therapist. I have run Vale Sports Massage for the past 11 years.

When treating a lovely GB cyclist who had trained in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy I realized this was my next step....... and here I am.
